Make sure you understand the entry requirements and have the ability to meet them.

Once you have found the course you wish to pursue, you can either submit your completed Application Form including certified copies of supporting documents to international@auctus.com.au or apply via an approved Education Agent. If you are overseas, apply three months before your planned start date. If you are already in Australia, apply at least 30 days before the course start date. • A certified copy of the personal details page and signature page of your passport.

4) Receive your application outcome
Usually, application outcomes will be issued within 5 to 10 working days from the time that your completed application form is submitted including all required supporting documents. If you are eligible, you or your Education Agent will receive an offer letter package (Full or Conditional). If you are not eligible, we may suggest alternative programs or pathways.

5) Accept your offer
Please read the conditions of your offer carefully before accepting.

To accept the offer, please submit the completed Student Enrolment Agreement form including any additional documents required and evidence of the payment.

6) Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)
We will send you or your Education Agent a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) which needs to be submitted to the Australian Government Department of Home Affairs for your visa to travel to Australia along with other supporting documents.

7) Apply for visa
International students wanting to study in Australia require a student visa. Many students apply for a visa themselves online or via the Australian Diplomatic Mission in their country. Students can also submit an application with the assistance of an accredited migration agent with familiarity and experience in the field.

In order to apply for a student visa, you will need a valid passport, an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE), and any other supporting documents.

You must ensure to allow enough time for processing between lodging your application and the start of your academic program, as it can be a lengthy process depending on your country of origin.

The Australian Government Department of Home Affairs (DHA) provides comprehensive information about student visa requirements and the application process, as well as application document checklists to assist you with your application. Visit the Department of Home Affairs for the latest information.

The website https://dfat.gov.au/about-us/foreign-embassies/Pages/foreign-embassies-and- consulates-in-australia.aspx provides a comprehensive list of Australian embassies, high commissions, consulates and representative offices around the world.

A migration agent can assist you in submitting your visa application and communicate with DHA on your behalf, but please note that you do not need to use a migration agent to lodge any kind of visa application.

8) Notify Auctus as soon as you receive the decision about your visa application, and prepare for your travel
