International Student Office

Relocating to a new country is never easy. We understand that everyone's journey is different, and you might need some extra support sometimes. Our student support team are here to assist and make your experience a bit easier. Our services are available to all international students.

The Student Support team is a valuable member of Auctus’ staff whose role is to support and, where appropriate, advise students on different aspects of both academic and personal elements of student life. The Student Support team is trained to support you in a variety of areas, direct and coordinate access to additional academic support within Auctus and can also refer you to other off campus support agencies as needed. Whether you're struggling with essay writing, assignments or time management and organisation skills, our staff are here to assist.

Student Counselling

Student Support provides free and confidential, short term counselling support to any currently enrolled students, to address any personal issues that may be affecting their study and life.

We encourage you to book an appointment with us via email to: CHCsupport@auctus.com.au

Academic and Learning Support

Auctus will provide all students with access to academic consultation noting it is the responsibility of the student to seek academic assistance.

Areas of support include:

student support (provided in-house) through specific administration and trainer support access
language, literacy and numeracy support (provided in-house)
disability access support (provided in-house and/or outsourced referral)
legal and financial management support (not advice) whilst studying (provided in-house and/or by outsourced referral)
cultural support for students from overseas (provided in-house and/or outsourced referral)

Please contact your trainer in the first instance and they will be able to provide or refer you for further support.

Career Services

Our Career Services team is here to support you with achieving your career goals, by offering an extensive range of services, resources and tools to help you plan your career, get yourself ready for the workplace and most importantly find a job in your chosen field. We also conduct a number of events to connect students with industry and employers.
