On Wednesday 10th of July Hon MP David Pisoni officially opened the Auctus Simulation LAB. Our much - anticipated assessment centre for CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support is open for business!!
We have created a simulated environment where students can envision what a shift at aged care or disability facility might look like. This allows the students to experience a mental shift when they enter the Lab. The moment you open the door to the Lab you have just arrived at work!!
We have worked alongside industry specialist Diana Phillips from Walk on Wheels to select specific equipment for our Lab in order to provide our students with high quality practical training and assessment; ensuring they are best prepared for their career in the ageing and disability support industry.
The LAB opening was a lavish red carpeted affair with a wonderful array of special guests, good coffee and mouth-watering delectables. An honourable mention to our guest speakers and all those who attended and supported us on the day. A special thank you to The Caterers and The Bean Bug for providing such great service leaving our guests wanting for nothing.
We will continue on our quest to lift the standard of training and be the RTO of choice when considering Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care and Disability courses).
